What will you be doing?

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving strategic growth and expanding market presence for our client’s Deep-Sea Services and Projects division. Your responsibilities include:

  • Staying updated on market developments and seizing opportunities.
  • Recruiting and developing talent to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Negotiating contracts, exploring partnerships, and driving sales growth.
  • Leading sales teams for direct and indirect customer segments.
  • Developing geographic expansion and sales strategies.
  • Engaging with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Optimizing processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Acting as an ambassador, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Generating leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and registering opportunities.

You should also have:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese language.
  • Experience in developing business and sales strategies.
  • A master’s degree in relevant technical and business processes.
  • Experience in managing and negotiating high-value projects, technical projects, and contracts.
