What Will You Be Doing?
Lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution across the organization.
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic business plans, driving growth and profitability.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, streamlining processes and optimizing performance metrics to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring the company has the resources required to achieve its goals.
Spearhead initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
Identify and mitigate operational risks, safeguarding the company’s reputation and assets.
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and the board of directors.
Lead and manage the Operational functions, including Business Development, Project Management, Project Design, O&M and Installations.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional and personal development.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive leadership roles, with at least 5 years at the COO level or similar C-Suite position.
Proven experience in the renewable energy or engineering industries is a strong plus.
A successful track record of leading a UK-based business through international expansion, ideally within a scale-up environment.
Demonstrated expertise in optimizing operational processes, implementing performance metrics, and driving efficiency for increased profitability and business growth.
A keen understanding of commercial principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with a talent for identifying and solving problems proactively.
A solid financial foundation, adept at managing budgets, forecasting performance, and ensuring financial health.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented culture.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in IT skills and the ability to utilize a variety of communication tools and software.
