About the Role:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for driving customer value and success by managing key relationships and coordinating internal teams to meet customer objectives. As the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of international customers, you’ll ensure they fully benefit from the company’s innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Own and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are achieved.
- Customer Understanding: Lead discovery calls and regular check-ins to understand client needs and how they use the company’s solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct kick-offs, onboardings, and regular trainings to ensure customers are maximizing the value of their solutions.
- Revenue Retention: Lead customer renewals and ensure retention by delivering value.
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for customer growth and upselling.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Share insights from customers with the Sales, Product, and Tech teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a client-facing role, ideally as a Customer Success Manager or Project Manager in a SaaS B2B environment.
- Structured, reliable, and accountable personality with a strong sense of prioritization.
- Keen interest in the maritime industry and energy transition, with a focus on decarbonization and offshore wind.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with international clients and internal teams.
- Bonus: Experience in the maritime industry is highly desirable.
