Job Title: Marine Electronics Service Coordinator · Location: Limassol, Cyprus
The Opportunity
A fast-growing maritime technology and connectivity business is expanding its Integrated Service Solutions team and is looking for a Marine Electronics Service Coordinator to own the end-to-end delivery of navigation and bridge equipment service jobs. This is a business scaling its technical service function internationally, and this hire will be central to keeping that growth running smoothly.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own coordination of service jobs across a global fleet, from first request through to invoicing
- Act as the technical link between engineering, logistics, finance and the customer on every job
- Drive decisions on spare parts sourcing, pricing and delivery timelines
- Shape documentation and handover standards that the wider team will work to
- Be the first point of contact customers trust when something needs fixing at sea
What Success Looks Like
- Genuine technical fluency in navigation and bridge electronics, not just admin coordination
- Comfortable troubleshooting alongside engineers, not just scheduling around them
- Organised and unflustered under pressure, with multiple live jobs in play at once
- A clear, confident communicator across technical, commercial and customer conversations
- Adaptable to a shift-based schedule without it throwing off delivery standards
