Job Title: Bridge Equipment & Marine Electronics Sales Support Specialist

Location: Limassol, Piraeus,

The Opportunity

Our client is restructuring an overloaded operations team and upgrading a replacement hire into a more experienced, commercially aware profile. As demand for bridge equipment and marine electronics grows, RFQs are increasing in volume and complexity. This role exists to take pressure off a stretched team, shorten response times and protect high value customer relationships across Europe and beyond. It is a critical link between technical capability, sales ambition and operational delivery.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Own RFQs for bridge and marine electronics from first enquiry through to on time delivery, directly influencing win rates and revenue.
  • Shape winning quotations and commercial proposals by balancing pricing, lead times and stock strategy.
  • Act as a central point of contact for key customers, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved before they become problems.
  • Optimise stock levels and purchasing decisions so that frequently requested parts are available when clients need them.
  • Free up senior technical and operations leaders from transactional work so they can focus on growth and strategic projects.

What Success Looks Like

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in maritime, with hands on exposure to marine electronics, bridge equipment, Satcom or technical spares.
  • Confident handling RFQs, supplier quotes, purchase requests and logistics in a time sensitive, high volume environment.
  • Commercially sharp, able to prioritise the right opportunities and push back constructively when requirements are unclear.
  • Operates independently at pace, picks up new systems quickly and does not need hand holding on industry basics.
  • Clear communicator in English who builds trust across operations, sales, logistics, procurement and finance.

What Is on Offer

This is a hybrid role in an international, growing organisation where operations and sales support are treated as revenue critical, not back office. You will gain daily exposure to senior leadership, complex global customers and a broad portfolio of navigation, communication and digital solutions. The package includes an attractive remuneration structure, 13th salary in Cyprus, private medical cover, flexible hybrid working, dedicated wellness support, and continuous training. Strong performers can progress into senior coordination, commercial or operations leadership as the team evolves.

High performing maritime professionals who want to step into a broader, higher impact commercial operations role are invited to apply in confidence.
