The Opportunity
This is a growth hire created to capitalise on rising demand for satellite connectivity and integrated bridge solutions in the Greek maritime market. The organisation already serves established accounts and sees clear untapped potential, but lacks a dedicated hunter in Greece with the SATCOM and maritime IT experience to unlock new logos. They now need a senior commercial operator on the ground who can convert opportunity into measurable new business within the first 6 to 12 months.

The Impact You Will Have
• Own new business generation for SATCOM and bridge / navigation solutions in Greece, directly driving fresh recurring revenue.
• Turn your existing Greek maritime IT network into qualified opportunities, meetings and signed contracts.
• Shape and negotiate complex solution sales, protecting margin while closing deals at pace.
• Feed market, competitor and customer insight into commercial and product teams to sharpen go to market strategy.
• Provide accurate, credible forecasting so leadership can plan resources and investment around your pipeline.

What Success Looks Like
• Minimum five recent years selling SATCOM, maritime IT or closely related technical services, with clear evidence of new logo wins.
• Deep familiarity with Greek maritime buyers and decision makers in IT, operations or technology.
• A hunter mindset: booked diary, proactive outreach and visible ownership of revenue targets.
• Stable career story, strong team player and able to collaborate across sales, customer success and business development.
• Fluent in Greek and English, commercially sharp and comfortable representing a high profile brand in the market.
