Job Title: Integrated Service Solutions Coordinator
Location: Limassol, Piraeus, Istanbul or Remote (Hybrid)
The Opportunity
A fast growing marine technology group is scaling its Integrated Service Solutions function across Europe and beyond. With field engineer headcount increasing and service demand rising globally, they now need an ISS Coordinator who can sit at the centre of operations and turn complex, multi party service requests into profitable, well run jobs. This role exists to protect service margins, speed up response times and give key shipping clients a level of coordination that competitors struggle to match.
The Impact You Will Have
• Own the end to end lifecycle of service jobs, from first request to final invoice, ensuring revenue is recognised quickly and correctly.
• Shape engineer utilisation and parts deployment so vessels are attended on time and at optimal cost.
• Become the control point between Technical, Logistics, Finance and Commercial, reducing friction and avoidable delays.
• Raise visibility on live jobs through disciplined use of CRM / ERP, giving leadership real time oversight of performance.
• Spot patterns, bottlenecks and failure points and help refine workflows and SOPs as the ISS model scales.
What Success Looks Like
• Proven in a coordination or operations role where accuracy under pressure and multi tasking are non negotiable.
• Commercially sharp, comfortable pricing jobs, challenging gaps in information and insisting on clean documentation.
• Confident communicator with vessel crews, suppliers and senior internal stakeholders, not just “back office”.
• Tech fluent, using systems to manage work rather than spreadsheets to chase it. CRM / ERP exposure is ideal.
• Pragmatic, service minded and resilient, including participation in an after hours on call rotation when required.
