What will you be doing?
Deliver on-board installation, configuration, and repair services for cutting-edge antenna systems.
Support and guide dealers with technical queries and vessel visits.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and ensure high-performance product operations.
Maintain precise case tracking and reporting via CRM tools.
Collaborate with other teams on product demos, recommendations, training, and documentation.Are you the ideal candidate?
Proven Maritime/Satcom experience.
Confident with RF technologies and robust IT network troubleshooting skills
Strong mechanical abilities and comfortable working at heights or industrial sites.
Excellent communicator in English, both spoken and written.
