Job Title: Vice President of Sales, EMEA
Location: UK or major EMEA hub (remote first)

The Opportunity
Our client is a high growth, investor backed energy software business that has delivered c. 30% year on year growth for the last six years and now operates a c. 50–100m ARR book in EMEA. Until now, the SVP has combined regional P&L and direct sales leadership. With a 15+ person new business team already in place, the time has come to carve out a dedicated VP to build a scalable new logo engine, protect that growth trajectory and relieve a critical leadership bottleneck. This is not a turnaround. It is about taking a fast, high velocity model and making it bigger, faster and more predictable.

The Impact You Will Have
• Own all net new ARR in EMEA, turning an already strong c. 30% annual growth baseline into a predictable new logo engine across utilities and wider energy markets.
• Lead and elevate a fully ramped regional sales organisation, maximising output from experienced Regional Sales Directors rather than rebuilding from scratch.
• Shorten sales cycles and pull revenue forward from a heavily Q4 weighted book by driving deal velocity, rigour and operational cadence.
• Shape and implement the new business GTM strategy in partnership with the SVP EMEA, without fragmenting what already works.
• Set the cultural tone for a hunter led, data driven sales organisation that thrives in a remote first, high accountability environment.
What Success Looks Like
• A proven enterprise software hunter who has consistently won new logos with utilities and energy players across multiple EMEA markets.
• A sales leader who has managed leaders, not just individual contributors, and can handle strong senior personalities while lifting performance.
• Equally comfortable in the numbers and in the field: you think in pipeline coverage, conversion and cycle times, and you still know how to win complex deals.
• Someone who optimises a healthy, rapidly growing business rather than trying to scrap and rebuild it to fit a playbook.
• Credible with C suite stakeholders and able to translate technically complex, high value propositions into clear commercial outcomes.
