The Opportunity
A Madrid-based financing platform, backed by the European Investment Fund, connects companies and infrastructure projects with more than 400 institutional investors across 22 countries.
The model already works. The next step is to make the analysis, presentation, and distribution of every debt transaction run through a product rather than through team hours.
They are looking for two people who understand debt from the inside and know how to build.
The Impact You Will Have
- Turn the analysis and structuring of €5–75 million transactions into methodologies and tools that the team uses every day.
- Design, using AI and automation, the entire journey of a transaction, from borrower to investor.
- Lead the operations behind these tools, not just deliver them.
- Work closely with the founders.
- Influence how European mid-market companies are financed, particularly in renewable energy, data centres, and industry.
What Does Success Look Like?
- You have a strong command of credit, including analysis, project or structured finance, debt advisory, or rating.
- You are a builder: Python, modelling, automation, and AI tools are part of the way you work, even if you are not a career developer.
- You can turn a manual process into a system that works without you.
- You combine analytical rigour with product instinct.
