Job Title: Senior Sales Executive, Bridge Equipment & Marine Electronics
Location: Limassol, Cyprus or Piraeus, Greece (hybrid)
The Opportunity
Our client has serviced ship bridges for four decades, and bridge equipment and service is now its second-largest revenue line. Much of the market still sees it as a connectivity business. This hire changes that: a senior seller taking a proven bridge and service offer to Greek and Cypriot owners and managers, with full commercial focus behind it.
The Impact You Will Have
- Win new bridge equipment and service business, with the Greek market a clear priority
- Turn one-off service calls, annual VDR tests and surveys into recurring, profitable revenue
- Use the regulatory changes landing over the next two to three years to open conversations early
- Shape how the bridge offer is positioned in market, alongside a large in-house technical team
- Be measured on revenue and margin, not activity counts
What Success Looks Like
- 5+ years selling maritime technology, ideally navigation, GMDSS or bridge systems and services
- Enough technical depth to scope an installation and price it properly
- You create opportunities rather than wait for RFQs
- You stay sharp under pressure: when a bridge system fails, clients need answers in hours
- Fluent Greek and English, with an existing network in Piraeus or Limassol
