Our client, a leading provider in satellite communication solutions for UK Government projects, seeks a Qualified, Motivated, and Determined Technical Service Manager to join their growing team. This is a Unique opportunity for someone passionate about delivering Award-Winning support services in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
What will you be doing?
Taking ownership of all UK Government support cases, ensuring SLA/KPIs are exceeded.
Leading technical resolutions with MOD authorities and engineering teams.
Managing field service visits, logistics, and commercial arrangements effectively.
Tracking support trends, creating improved processes, and refining escalation procedures.
Supporting onboarding, training, and new service launches with Inspired leadership.
Are you the ideal candidate?
DV Security Clearance (or eligibility) with strong technical communication skills.
Experienced in COMSAT/MILSAT/MNE systems, IT networking, and electronic equipment.
Skilled in problem-solving with a Brave and Focused approach under pressure.
Familiarity with MOD networks and ITIL processes advantageous.
Flexible, customer-focused, with proven ability to deliver Successful results.
