Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Athens, Piraeus (Hybrid)
The Opportunity This is a priority hire to open and grow a new Integrated Service and Bridge Solutions commercial stream in Greece. The role exists because the business has restructured sales across satellite connectivity and bridge, navigation and comms solutions and now needs a proven closer on the ground who can deliver new logos and accelerate revenue immediately. The business is growth focused, technically sophisticated and under commercial pressure to convert pipeline into measurable contracts this year.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own new business in Greece for bridge equipment, navigation and communication technology and convert prospects into signed contracts that materially move quarterly revenue.
- Drive account acquisition across direct and partner channels, turning target lists and existing connectivity customers into bridge solutions opportunities.
- Be the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, shaping commercial offers, negotiating terms and closing deals with clear revenue ownership.
- Influence product and go to market decisions by feeding market intelligence and customer requirements into the ISB leadership team.
- Deliver reliable sales forecasting and pipeline transparency so the business can plan delivery and hit company targets.
What Success Looks Like
- A hunter mindset with minimum seven years commercial experience selling navigation, bridge or comms technology in the maritime or adjacent technical telecoms sector.
- A demonstrable track record of closing new business and generating materially positive revenue outcomes within 6 to 12 months.
- Deep Greek market network and the ability to open meetings with senior maritime buyers immediately.
- Commercial confidence to sell to technical customers and collaborate with service, logistics and product teams to secure delivery.
- Self-starting, hands-on and results obsessed; values transparency and will prioritise revenue and customer impact over process for speed to market.
