Job title: Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid, London-based (2 days/week onsite)

What will you be doing?

  • Leading a high-performing team of Technical Sales Engineers
  • Overseeing large-scale global deals
  • Developing sales strategy to engage top-tier shipowners and managers
  • Owning the commercial proposal lifecycle and key client relationships
  • Supporting a 12-month deal cycle with complex marine clients

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • 5-10 years’ sales experience in maritime or marine technology
  • Strong management/leadership skills
  • A maritime technical background/education (marine/naval/electrical)
  • Commercially astute with a proven track record in high-value B2B sales
  • Confident communicator capable of influencing global stakeholders
  • Bonus if you have maritime sustainable tech knowledge
