Job Title: Marketing Manager (Product & Customer Marketing)

The Opportunity
This is a pivotal hire during a phase of aggressive growth and expansion of digital and service-enabled solutions for containerised freight. The business is scaling fast across Europe, and this Marketing Manager will define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that directly influence revenue, adoption, and customer engagement. You will take ownership of both strategy and execution, translating market and customer insights into compelling campaigns that resonate with multi-stakeholder B2B audiences.
The Impact You Will Have
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and enhancements, driving adoption and commercial outcomes across containerised freight and ocean logistics
- Translate deep domain insights into messaging frameworks, sales enablement content, and marketing assets that influence complex B2B buying decisions
- Shape the customer journey through segmentation, value propositions, and tailored campaigns that elevate brand and product relevance
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success to unlock opportunities, using storytelling, case studies, and thought leadership to drive advocacy
- Represent the business externally, positioning it as an innovative and credible player in the containerised freight market
What Success Looks Like
- You bring 5+ years in marketing or a closely related commercial role, with at least 2–3 years directly in containerised freight or ocean logistics
- You have hands-on experience in product and customer marketing, including messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and B2B content creation
- You thrive in a high-ownership, IC-focused role, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
- You are resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments without micromanagement
- You combine exceptional writing skills with commercial acumen, and can influence C-level, ops, and procurement stakeholders
