What will you be doing?

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a creative and inspired marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Leading a motivated marketing team, providing direction, and mentoring to ensure they remain focused on achieving their goals.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts.
• Overseeing the development of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.
• Continuously researching industry trends and competitors to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

• Proven experience as a marketing leader, preferably in a similar industry.
• A track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
