Job Title: Customer Success Manager (Arabic Speaking)

The Opportunity
Executive Integrity is partnering with a data and analytics leader that has turned their Middle East hub into the company’s fastest growing region globally. With an exceptionally stable book and only one cancellation across the portfolio last year, they are now upgrading Customer Success in the GCC. This is a strategic hire to deepen value in Saudi, protect high value government and enterprise relationships and unlock the next phase of expansion from a rapidly evolving product suite.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own customer outcomes for key Middle East accounts, driving platform adoption, renewal and growth, especially across Saudi government users.
- Act as the primary Arabic speaking trainer and advisor, turning complex maritime data into clear, operational value in both Arabic and English.
- Surface and qualify white space opportunities, directly influencing upsell and cross sell plays across banking and energy clients.
- Strengthen an already resilient renewal base by pre empting risk, resolving issues quickly and being visibly present when it matters.
- Feed structured insight from customer workflows back into regional leadership and product to shape future roadmap and go to market.
What Success Looks Like
- Strong track record in Customer Success or account management within tech or SaaS, with measurable impact on adoption and retention.
- Native or fluent Arabic with the confidence and charisma to build trust across the Gulf, including non English speaking users.
- Evidenced ability to master complex products and industries and communicate them in simple, outcome focused terms.
- Stable tenure and progression, showing commitment and long term thinking.
- Willingness to travel regionally and operate with flexibility around client needs in a high accountability environment.
