What will you be doing?
As the Head of Relationship Management, you will play a crucial role in executing the Enterprise Account Management strategy, aiming to maximize the life-time-value (LTV) of accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with customers, emphasizing the value advanced technology brings to procurement and technical departments.
  • Ensuring thorough understanding and effective communication of customer needs across all stakeholders.
  • Securing renewals and exploring opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling to fulfill the account’s revenue potential.
  • Managing Relationship Management executives to deliver exceptional value to customers.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Your role will encompass various responsibilities and duties to drive the success of Enterprise Account Management:

  • Managing overall Enterprise account plans, keeping them updated and aligned with client expectations.
  • Overseeing adoption for Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) and invoicing processes.
  • Analyzing Buyer and Supplier subscription revenue to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting Buyer Net Promoter Score (NPS) to gauge customer satisfaction.
  • Supervising Buyer reporting and analytics projects for continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring and developing Relationship Managers, providing guidance on client engagement.

Are you the ideal candidate?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Maritime sector.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in a senior Relationship Management role.
  • Strong client relationship management strategies.
  • Strategic thinking ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
