Job title: Maritime Business Development Manager
Location: USA-Based (East Coast Preferred)
Who are we recruiting for?
Our client is a global leader in maritime communications, delivering cutting-edge AIS, RF, and VDES data services that support commercial and government operations worldwide.
What will you be doing?
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the maritime sector, targeting both commercial and government clients.
Managing inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Building and expanding distribution channels through strategic partner identification and relationship management.
Representing the company at key industry events, tradeshows, and working groups to drive visibility and market presence.
Supporting sales forecasts and achieving ambitious performance targets.
Are you the ideal candidate?
5 years’ experience in maritime AIS or related technologies.
Proven background in selling to maritime commercial and government entities.
Knowledge of AIS, RF, ELINT/SIGINT, LRIT, GMDSS, radar or similar systems is highly desirable.
Holds at least a college undergraduate degree.
Navy, Coast Guard, or maritime operational experience is a strong advantage.
