The Opportunity
Brazil is entering one of the heaviest naval investment cycles in its history, and its neighbours are following. Our client, a long-established European navigation and bridge systems manufacturer and integrator, is already the incumbent on the region’s most demanding naval programmes. It now needs a commercial leader with the relationships to turn that position into the next wave of wins, across navies and commercial fleets.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own naval and commercial business development across Latin America
- Convert a deep pipeline of open bids and carry live, high-value programmes forward
- Shape the local-content, offset and partnership structures that win regional contracts
- Open doors at flag-officer and board level across navies, shipyards and integrators
- Represent a respected brand across the region, with a direct line to the MD

- 10+ years selling naval or marine electronics in Latin America
- A trusted network among senior naval officers and industry decision-makers
- A record of complex, long-cycle contracts won, not just pipelines built
