What will you be doing?
- Managing incoming service requests globally, assessing client needs, and coordinating engineers and spare parts for optimized service delivery.
- Prioritizing tasks efficiently by considering time zones, shipment logistics, urgency, and external assistance.
- Liaising with ship agents worldwide to arrange attendance and dispatch spare parts, ensuring smooth service execution.
- Preparing service confirmations, quotations, and checking financial data to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Collaborating with technical teams, engineers, and sales to provide top-tier customer service and uncover new business opportunities.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Fluent in English and French (essential).
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, preferably within the maritime sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with global customers.
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
