What will you be doing?

Own and drive market segmentation: Define, segment, and clarify buyer personas (Owners, Traders, Tech Managers), setting strategy for commercial success.

Shape and position the commercial narrative: Craft bold, creative, and credible value propositions, consistently telling a compelling story to inspire stakeholders.

Lead sales enablement that moves outcomes: Deliver marketing assets with measurable impact, empowering teams and improving commercial results-think ROI frameworks, battlecards, and tactical sales content.

Map competitors with assured clarity: Use data to establish clear competitive advantages, turning product strengths into winning commercial levers.

Influence pricing & packaging strategies: Work directly with cross-functional partners to experiment, learn, and create packages that drive global growth.
Are you the ideal candidate?

A motivated B2B Product Marketing or GTM expert (7-10+ years), with strong commercial thinking and ability to build scalable frameworks from scratch.

Proven track record in global SaaS environments-bonus if you’ve improved or rebuilt PMM/GTM in Maritime, Logistics, or Fintech.

Brave facilitator, assured storyteller, and confident with data-driven decision-making (SQL/BI a plus).

Strong collaborator who can challenge and support C-level leaders in a vibrant, high-performance setting.

Experience with pricing experiments, launch orchestration, and discovery in emerging segments is highly valued.
