What will you be doing?

• Leading the development and execution of investment strategies, including identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities, capital investments, and joint ventures.
• Conducting rigorous financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis to support investment decisions and align with corporate objectives.
• Overseeing the entire M&A process, including deal origination, due diligence, negotiations, and post-merger integration.
• Collaborating with legal, tax, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and synergy realization.
• Managing financial planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support corporate development initiatives.
• Preparing detailed financial reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management and the board of directors.
• Conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the LNG sector.
• Communicating complex financial concepts and strategies clearly and effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Providing financial oversight and strategic input for major projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and tracking performance against key metrics.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Experience: 5-8 years in corporate development, investment banking, M&A, or a similar financial role within the energy sector, particularly LNG.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Skills: Extensive experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring; proven track record in leading M&A transactions and managing investment portfolios; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attributes: Determined, creative, and assured with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LNG industry, global energy markets, and financial regulations.
