What will you be doing?
- Owning and growing the onshore wind sales pipeline from zero to winner status across key Eastern European markets
- Building strong, assured relationships with developers, IPPs, and strategic partners
- Creating and executing a focused sales strategy to drive improved revenue and market share
- Positioning innovative wind solutions with confidence through compelling proposals and presentations
- Acting as a trusted market expert, bringing insight, creativity, and intelligence to senior stakeholders
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified sales professional with proven success in onshore wind within Eastern Europe
- Strong understanding of the wind ecosystem in markets such as Poland and Romania
- Experience building pipelines from 0 to 1 in competitive environments
- Commercially sharp with exposure to project finance or financial close
- Motivated, determined, and brave enough to open new markets and win business
