Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Remote in Europe (easy access to a major airport)
The Opportunity
Our client is a growing maritime technology company backed by a serious industrial shareholder and already deployed across leading operators in the Maritime and Offshore space. Specialising in IoT and data, their wireless connectivity and wearable safety platform is becoming the default choice on the most demanding offshore assets.
They are now creating a dedicated Sales Manager for Europe to accelerate penetration into the vessels serving the offshore energy marekets: SOVs, CSOVs, CTVs, accommodation barges and floattels. This is is a growth hire for the business to capture a rapidly expanding, highly profitable segment where they are already winning. The person who takes this on will sit at the centre of their growth story in energy and offshore wind.
The Impact You Will Have
• Own and grow a high value pipeline across European offshore wind vessel owners, operators and charterers.
• Turn early wins into scaled frameworks and fleet roll outs, increasing ARR and contract quality.
• Shape the go to market approach for offshore wind in partnership with the VP of Sales and CEO.
• Translate complex operational and HSQE needs into commercially compelling value cases at C level.
• Feed real market intelligence back into product, influencing roadmap and future innovation.
What Success Looks Like
• Track record selling technical or safety critical solutions into offshore energy, offshore wind or complex marine operations.
• Comfortable building new markets, not just farming key accounts handed to you.
• Able to navigate HSQE, operations and technical stakeholders and still close at executive level.
• Numbers driven, transparent with pipeline, and prepared to travel when it materially moves deals forward.
• Low ego, high accountability, motivated by joining a small, visible team where performance is obvious.
