Job Title: Sales Manager (Maritime SaaS)

The Opportunity

Our client is a Maritime Software provider with a reputable background in maritime ERP and fleet management. They are looking to expand their operations in Singapore by hiring a Sales Manager to convert market opportunities into closed business. This is an exciting time to join an established player with strong ambitions for growth as they are look for a true hunter to develop and grow the region.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Own net new business across maritime ERP and fleet management, from prospecting to close, into ship owners, operators and managers.
  • Run the full commercial cycle, qualifying complex opportunities, negotiating contracts and delivering against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Lead value based conversations across chartering, procurement, maintenance, finance, compliance and decarbonisation, proving clear operational and financial impact.
  • Be the local commercial voice into marketing, product and implementation, shaping roadmap and go to market with real customer data.
  • Strengthen the company’s position in a crowded market through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting and consistent win rates.

What Success Looks Like

  • 2-3 years of software sales within Maritime, ideally in ERP, fleet management or comparable enterprise SaaS.
  • Genuine consultative seller who can uncover pain, quantify value and close competitive, multi stakeholder deals.
  • Commercially sharp, numerate negotiator comfortable working independently while aligning with a predominantly European leadership team.
  • Data driven operator who lives in CRM, manages pipeline tightly and treats forecast accuracy as a performance metric.
  • Embodies Brave, Curious, Kind and Credible in how they open doors, challenge thinking and build long term customer relationships.

The package combines a competitive Singapore base salary, up to 10% company bonus and an uncapped commission structure once targets are hit, creating significant earnings upside for top performers.
