A unique and vibrant market leader in marine technology, seeking a qualified and driven Manager or Senior Manager for their refreshed Marine Communication Products division.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and inspire a strong team in delivering advanced marine communication solutions, focusing on GMDSS and commercial growth.
- Build creative and improved sales strategies to win and nurture business, developing assured client relationships across dynamic markets.
- Negotiate bravely and assuredly with global suppliers to secure the best terms for both the business and customers.
- Oversee inventory management and deliveries, ensuring a successful, motivated response to customer demands and deadlines.
- Deliver insightful presentations and collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative and unique solutions.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and a winner’s mindset for technical excellence.
- 3-5+ years’ experience working with marine communication products, especially GMDSS, in a hands-on and determined service role.
- Proven business development achievements, with focus on successful solution delivery and vibrant customer relationships.
- Inspired communicator able to translate complex technology into creative, customer-friendly solutions.
- Focused under pressure, strong in inventory planning, and motivated to identify new opportunities in a growing market.
