Job Title: Head of Sales – Southeast Asia

With a strong presence in APAC and a refreshed strategy for growth, they are seeking a determined, commercially astute, and inspiring sales leader to take charge of their largest regional book in Southeast Asia.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and motivate a vibrant, high-performing sales team across Singapore and the wider region.
- Drive ambitious growth-targeting 25-30% increase in revenue in the first year and £10M+ GBP ACV within three years.
- Personally manage and close six-figure enterprise deal cycles, from origination to close.
- Coach and develop a young, driven team into confident, successful sales professionals.
- Represent the business with gravitas and authority across key maritime and government stakeholders in Singapore.
- Optimise sales processes, prospecting cadences, and pipeline quality using Salesforce and other enablement tools.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- A qualified and proven sales leader with 3-5+ years in SaaS, data, or analytics.
- Experienced managing a book exceeding £7M GBP, with a record of sustained growth.
- Creative, commercially focused strategist skilled in enterprise sales and team leadership.
- Background in maritime, commodity, banking, or insurance sectors is highly desirable.
- Motivated, strong, and brave, comfortable challenging norms and elevating sales performance.
