Who are we recruiting for?

A discreet, award-winning energy infrastructure operator seeking a Qualified, Assured leader to own a Unique commercial and legal agenda, sit on the Senior Management Team, and drive Improved value creation across the business.

What will you be doing?

• Lead commercial, legal and Contracts & Procurement governance, setting a Strong roadmap that aligns to strategy.
• Negotiate and manage major agreements (incl. the Throughput Agreement), mitigating risk and maximising Successful outcomes.
• Champion vendor assurance, safe contractor management and cost efficiency across C&P.
• Act as SMT advisor/deputy to the MD; play a Brave role in crisis management rotation.
• Inspire, mentor and develop a Vibrant Commercial team; nurture external stakeholder relationships.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Significant senior commercial leadership in the energy sector.
• Legal management experience; a legal qualification (solicitor/barrister/CILEx) is advantageous.
• Proven C&P, risk management and budget ownership track record.
• Degree in commercial/legal/finance; CIPS membership welcomed.
• Motivated, Focused communicator-Creative, data-led, and Determined to deliver.
