A new offshore vessel business is building its commercial function from a blank page. Itโs backed by a fast-growing international shipping group. It has an accommodation vessel heading to West Africa for an oil major, a battery-hybrid PSV newbuild programme with options to reach six vessels, and a market where almost nobody else is ordering tonnage. The first commercial hire decides where these ships work, at what rate, and with whom.

- Productive from week one, and keen to shape a role that is still being written
