Job Title: Director – Civil / Maritime Infrastructure

Who are we recruiting for?

We’re hiring on behalf of a globally respected consultancy, offering world-leading services across the maritime and civil sectors. With continued growth and demand, they are now seeking a Director-level leader to build and shape a new civil maritime infrastructure division.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and growing a new expert civil infrastructure service line within an international firm
• Working on high-profile global projects involving ports, terminals, offshore and nearshore structures
• Acting as an expert witness in complex infrastructure cases
• Building strong relationships with insurers, infrastructure owners, and legal stakeholders
• Playing a key role in winning, delivering, and growing technical and forensic assignments

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified Civil / Structural / Maritime Engineer
• Background in infrastructure: ports, terminals, marinas, offshore structures
• Ideally previous expert witness and forensic investigation experience
• Networked in insurance (P&I), consultancy, or legal interfaces
• Technically astute and motivated to lead something with real influence
