Leading inspired onboarding journeys and delivering creative training to maximise adoption.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to improve products and deliver brave, customer-focused solutions.
Identifying opportunities for growth through value-driven cross-selling and upselling.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
Qualified professional with experience in customer success, account management, or maritime technology.
Strong analytical mindset with the determination to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communicator with the confidence to engage at all levels.
Motivated, proactive, and focused with knowledge of the APAC maritime sector (desirable).
