What will you be doing?

As the Business Development Manager, you will strategically advance business performance, cultivate growth, and expand market presence in the Deep-Sea Business sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Staying updated on market developments and responding proactively.
  • Negotiating equipment sales, contracts, exploring partnerships, and driving sales growth.
  • Leading sales teams for both direct and indirect customer segments.
  • Developing geographic expansion and sales strategies.
  • Engaging with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Optimizing processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Acting as an ambassador, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Generating leads, ensuring timely follow-up, and registering opportunities.

  • A Master’s degree in relevant technical and business processes.
