What will you be doing?

Identifying and developing strong new business opportunities with shipowners, charterers, and shipyards.

Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to successful contract closure.

Representing the brand at global maritime and renewable energy events.

Collaborating across technical and marketing teams to refine market strategy and strengthen positioning.
Are you the ideal candidate?

Qualified in engineering, business, or a related commercial field (5+ years in B2B or technical sales).

Proven winner in business development within maritime, renewables, or technology sectors.

Confident communicator fluent in English with strong negotiation and relationship skills.

Skilled in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive; analytical and data-driven.
