Providing application support to customers using a broad ERP platform covering Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, BI, and Supply Chain modules
Responding to technical and operational queries, documenting issues, and driving them through to resolution
Troubleshooting system behaviour and identifying optimal solutions across varied business scenarios
Translating customer business requirements into clear technical understanding
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer support experience
Managing multiple support requests while maintaining strong customer communication and satisfaction
A strong interest in technology with a logical, methodical approach to problem solving
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a wider support team
Confident communicator with a friendly, empathetic customer-focused manner
Able to work under pressure and manage customer expectations effectively
Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management software or
A degree or qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business or
Strong financial and management reporting knowledge with solid commercial awareness
Working knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, including basic SQL scripting
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as FTP/SFTP, SSL certificates, REST or SOAP APIs, Postman, SoapUI, Excel, and CSV files
Exposure to third-party integrations, EDI, logistics, warehouse management, CRM, e-commerce, or BI systems
Experience supporting accounting or ERP platforms in a customer-facing environment
