What will you be doing?
Lead strategic conversations with clients, defining and measuring success criteria across their journey.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and customer training to drive value realization.
Deliver engaging demos, business reviews, and training to various stakeholder groups.
Specialize in initiatives like Client Community Engagement and CX Ops, helping to shape the future of client relationships.
Manage and maintain a customer data repository to track health and performance metrics.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or consulting.
Comfortable with digital solutions and managing large datasets.
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (French is a plus).
