Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager, APAC

The Opportunity:
Executive Integrity is working with a a maritime technology company, already trusted by many of the world’s leading shipowners, as they are strengthening their Singapore presence. This fast-growing company provide solutions that help owners and operators run safer and better-performing fleets. They are seeking a senior individual contributor to hunt down new business, owning sales in the APAC market.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Own new client acquisition across Singapore and APAC, from first conversation to signature
- Open doors with shipowners, ship managers and operators across the region
- Shape the regional sales plan as the APAC footprint scales
- Hand closed clients to an account team built to land and expand
- Run both short and long-term sales cycles
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven record of hunting down and winning new business, not only account management
- A genuine network across the APAC maritime community specifically with owners and operators
- Track record of selling software, services, or relevant solutions
- High-level of hunger and self-motivation when it comes to sales
- An ability and enjoyment when being in the field as a hands-on, senior individual contributor
- Mandarin is an advantage, not a requirement

- SGD 300-340K OTE – 50/50 base and commission
- Short sales cycles – you will begin to close deals in the first few months
