Job Title: Product Marketing Manager – Offshore
Location: Aberdeen or Oslo

The Opportunity
A global weather intelligence leader is rebuilding its offshore platform and go to market in one of the most volatile, opportunity rich markets in energy. They already dominate in offshore oil & gas and offshore wind, but their existing platform has served customers for over twenty five years. It is now being completely reengineered, AI enabled and prepared for the next decade. This Product Marketing Manager will be the person who turns that into commercial reality in Offshore, shaping how the portfolio is positioned, launched and adopted worldwide.

The Impact You Will Have
• Own the global narrative for Offshore Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind and Marine Operations, turning complex metocean capability into clear, credible value stories that win deals.
• Lead global launches and always on campaigns for the new platform, working with domain experts, regional marketers and sales to drive pipeline and feature adoption.
• Build the sales engine for offshore: sales kits, decks, landing pages, HubSpot flows, enablement and insights that shorten cycles and increase win rates.
• Turn customer and market signals into sharp input for the roadmap, influencing where product and R&D invest next.
• Be a driving force in how GenAI is used in product marketing, both in workflow and in how the product story itself is told.

What Success Looks Like
• A hands on B2B product marketer (3+ years) who has personally run webinars, campaigns and sales enablement in a lean environment, not just written strategy decks.
• Comfortable in technical, data heavy domains, with clear appetite to go deep on offshore operations and weather driven decision support.
• Commercially minded, talking in terms of pipeline, win rates, expansion and churn, not just “brand” or “content”.
• Confident operating across cultures and time zones, aligning product, sales and marketing without hiding behind process.
• Brings energy, curiosity and clear conviction about why this market and this moment matter.

Progression can be into broader domain leadership or senior commercial roles as the organisation continues to grow in offshore energy and adjacent sectors.
