This hire sits at the centre of that growth. The business has already secured the attention of some of the industry’s most recognised operators and is now looking for a commercially astute maritime professional who can influence senior stakeholders, embed long term partnerships and ensure customers realise tangible operational value from a category defining AI platform.
This is not a traditional account management role. It is an opportunity for a former seafarer to transition into a strategic customer leadership position within one of the sector’s most progressive technology environments.
The Impact You Will Have • Become the trusted operational advisor to leading maritime organisations across Greece and the wider region
• Drive long term customer retention and expansion through measurable safety, compliance and performance outcomes
• Influence how enterprise customers adopt AI driven operational intelligence across global fleets
• Shape product evolution by translating frontline maritime insight into strategic internal recommendations
• Build executive level relationships that position the business as a long term transformation partner, not a software supplier
What Success Looks Like • Previous onboard experience as a Master Mariner with deep operational credibility across vessel operations and safety
• Ability to engage confidently with senior technical, operational and commercial stakeholders
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to connect operational challenges to measurable business outcomes
• Comfortable operating in a high growth, performance driven technology environment
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple strategic customer relationships simultaneously
