Job Title: Sales Lead – Americas Location: Hybrid / Remote
The Opportunity
Our client is scaling rapidly towards a step change in ARR, with ambitious targets to more than double recurring revenue over the next 18 to 24 months. The CRO today still carries much of the commercial load across the Americas. This hire is being made to take full ownership of the region, convert an under-served pipeline into committed ARR, and protect key customers as the platform becomes a category leader in AI driven fleet intelligence.
The Impact You Will Have
• Own the full commercial P&L for the Americas, from first conversation to renewal, across North and South America
• Turn existing interest and reference accounts into multi vessel, multi product expansions that move the needle on ARR and NRR
• Build and execute territory and account strategies that consistently deliver against aggressive new logo and expansion targets
• Be the senior commercial face to the market, shaping how the industry understands and adopts AI driven operational risk reduction
• Feed structured market, pricing and competitive intelligence back to the CRO and founders to influence product and go to market decisions
What Success Looks Like
• Consistent attainment or outperformance of annual quota in B2B SaaS
• Proven record combining new business and key account growth with renewal rates that drive strong net revenue retention
• Deep familiarity with commercial maritime operations, ideally from both sea going education and shore based software selling
• Operates with pace, ownership and a start up mindset rather than a traditional, slow cycle maritime sales approach
• Comfortable working directly with a demanding CRO and CEO, navigating scrutiny on numbers, pipeline quality and deal strategy
