With a fleet of over 250 ships, a major owned position and continued fleet growth through 2029, this is an opportunity to step into a role where judgement, market feel and customer credibility will directly influence performance.
The Impact You Will Have
• Drive profitable fixture activity across the Med Supramax market within a globally active trading platform
• Strengthen customer and broker relationships while expanding meaningful cargo access in core markets
• Influence chartering decisions across owned and chartered tonnage with full commercial accountability
• Provide market leadership and regional guidance to internal teams across multiple international offices
• Add senior voice, energy and direction to an evolving London desk

• Brings strong dry bulk chartering experience, ideally with Mediterranean Supramax exposure
• Comfortable making fast commercial calls in a high-volume operator environment
• Combines market instinct with disciplined contractual and voyage judgement
