Job Title: Business Development Manager, APAC

The Opportunity
Executive Integrity are pleased to be partnering with a leading maritime optimisation platform as they move into their next phase in Asia Pacific. The technology is proven, a flagship APAC customer is live, and a powerful local partner footprint exists via a major office in Singapore. What they are looking for is a commercially sharp closer on the ground who can turn this into sustained, high value revenue.
This hire will be the the dedicated commercial head in the region, owning the transition from promising pipeline and technical depth to consistent contract wins across influential owners and operators.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own the full commercial cycle for new business in APAC, from targeted outreach through to contract signature with key regional accounts
- Turn a strong technical offering and established industry relationships into visible revenue growth across priority markets
- Champion the adoption of advanced digital solutions that sit at the heart of clients’ operational decision making
- Navigate complex stakeholder groups across commercial, technical and operational functions to progress opportunities through lengthy evaluation processes
- Bring clear, structured insight from the field back to leadership, helping refine regional focus, positioning and go‑to‑market execution
What Success Looks Like
- An established business developer in APAC with a credible network in Singapore and a track record of winning complex, high‑value B2B deals
- Experience selling technical or solution‑led offerings, with the confidence to engage both senior commercial stakeholders and technically minded counterparts
- Comfortable working within extended sales cycles while maintaining momentum, managing multiple opportunities and creating genuine urgency
- Commercially minded and attracted by performance‑linked upside, thinking in terms of long‑term value rather than just fixed compensation
- Self‑driven and disciplined, able to operate with a high degree of autonomy while staying tightly aligned with international leadership and cross‑functional teams
