The Impact You Will Have
• Take ownership of end-to-end crew planning for assigned vessels, directly influencing fleet performance and continuity
• Drive recruitment outcomes by shaping pipelines, improving manning partner performance, and securing high-quality talent
• Optimise crew rotations and deployment strategies to maximise utilisation and minimise operational disruption
• Strengthen compliance standards across MLC, STCW, and internal frameworks, protecting operational integrity
• Contribute to succession planning and promotion pathways, ensuring a sustainable leadership pipeline onboard
