Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant – Transport Management System (TMS) Location: Spain (remote)
The Opportunity:
Our client is scaling fast across Europe and needs a commercially sharp Pre-Sales Consultant to secure complex, high value TMS deals in France and Spain. The role exists because demand is outpacing internal capacity: one sales head already in Spain, two in France, and no dedicated pre-sales bandwidth to shape and close multi-country opportunities. This hire will determine how effectively the business converts its current pipeline into recurring SaaS revenue and how quickly it can establish itself as a credible alternative to entrenched legacy providers.
The Impact You Will Have:
• Own the functional strategy on key pursuits, shaping scope and value to win competitive TMS deals.
• Turn messy, real-world transport challenges into clear, convincing solution architectures.
• Design and deliver client-specific demos that shift buying decisions and shorten cycles. • Lead tender responses that stand up to scrutiny from expert transport and procurement teams.
• Be the bridge between Sales, Product and Integration, ensuring what is sold is deliverable and profitable.
What Success Looks Like:
• Substantial hands-on experience in transport, supply chain or complex logistics, plus a move into consulting, project or pre-sales roles.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders, able to challenge thinking without being abrasive.
• Strong in concepts as well as operations, able to explain complex processes with clarity.
• Comfortable in a growing organisation where process, tools and structure are still evolving.
• Professional fluency in Spanish; English and French a clear advantage.
