Job title: Service Hub Coordinator

Who are we recruiting for? An award-winning global maritime service operation seeking a motivated Service Hub Coordinator to join their vibrant Singapore hub. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strong, focused 24/7 global service team and play a decisive role in delivering successful customer outcomes across the region.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate incoming local and worldwide service requests, dispatching marine service engineers and spare parts to deliver improved, timely service.
- Manage confirmations, quotations and scope-of-work agreements, ensuring financial checks, POs and pro-forma invoicing when required.
- Liaise with ship agents, logistics, subcontractors and internal teams (Technical, Sales, Finance) to optimize resources and resolve disputes.
- Maintain service calendars, ticketing (Freshdesk) and email databases to ensure accurate handover to invoicing and project teams.
- Provide out-of-hours 24/7 rota cover and cross-office support during staff shortages to keep the service engine running smoothly.
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Qualified with 3+ years’ experience in service coordination (maritime experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal English; confident telephone interlocutor and email communicator.
- Experienced with ticketing/customer service systems; organised, focused and tech-friendly.
- A motivated team player with excellent prioritisation skills and a determined, solutions-focused mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and committed to longevity in the role.
