What will you be doing?
- Leading by example as a qualified sales winner, actively hunting and converting new business across the DACH ocean freight market
- Building assured, trust-based relationships with clients, delivering inspired, tailored solutions that exceed expectations
- Motivating and mentoring junior team members, providing creative support and structure to encourage success
- Collaborating with refreshed, cross-functional teams for seamless and improved customer experiences
- Owning the sales cycle with focus and determination from prospecting to deal closure and post-sale client satisfaction

- Strong experience in ocean freight and SaaS sales with a proven record of winning new business
