Job Title: HSEQ Superintendent
Location: Glasgow – Office Based

What will you be doing?

Leading HSEQ performance across assigned vessels

Conducting ISM / ISPS / MLC / Navigational / Vetting audits

Supporting Masters and senior crew with safety and cargo operations

Investigating incidents and driving improved safety culture

Ensuring vessels meet global compliance standards and company expectations
Are you the ideal candidate?

Chief Officer / Master Mariner background preferred, sailing in-rank on Container vessels.

Prior HSEQ Superintendent experience ideal but straight from sea & eager to learn also encouraged

Strong communicator, proactive, supportive approach
