Job Title: Vessel Operator
Location: Glasgow – Office Based
Who are we recruiting for?
We are representing a strong, successful and growing shipowner with a diverse fleet across Tanker, Container and Heavy Lift vessels. This is a vibrant, team-driven environment where collaboration and development are central.
What will you be doing?

Supporting day-to-day commercial and operational activities across a dynamic fleet

Coordinating with Masters, Charterers, Technical and HSEQ teams

Handling voyage planning, stowage, bunker planning and tank cleaning arrangements

Maintaining vessel data and supporting compliance requirements
Are you the ideal candidate?

Qualified Deck Officer background preferred (Container / Tanker / Dry Cargo)

OR shore-based commercial/operations experience

Strong communicator and natural problem-solver

Motivated and determined, thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Holds full and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
