* Qualified sales expert with a strong record of improved results in technical B2B environments-marine or engineering experience highly valued.
* Winner mentality: motivated, determined, and assured, with proven skills in managing complex sales from pitch to close.
* Confident communicator, comfortable leading negotiations and engaging creatively with diverse, international clients.
* Focused, organised, and tech-savvy; proficient in using digital sales tools and CRMs (HubSpot a plus).
