What will you be doing?

• Build a strong, high-performing global engineering function across hardware, systems and software.

• Turn strategy into delivery-creating improved frameworks that take products from concept to production with pace.

• Lead the shift from projects to products: modular, scalable, commercially successful platforms.

• Fuse physical and digital-USVs, AUVs and data-into assured, outcome-driven solutions.

• Coach leaders and teams; embed creative, data-informed ways of working that win bids and delight customers.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified engineering leader from marine, defence, robotics or complex industrial tech.

• Systems thinker with hardware/software integration depth and a focused, commercially minded approach.

• Brave communicator and inspired coach; scales multidisciplinary teams globally.

• Fluent in building structure and governance without slowing innovation; agile/product savvy.

• CEng (or equivalent) desirable; exposure to PLM/configuration/digital engineering a plus.
